VPS.net's Robo Paul To Predict Outcome of World Cup Games
Something fishy has happened at VPS’ head office this week. We’ve got a new employee…
Back in 2010, the headlines were hit with the news that the world’s most famous octopus had popped its eight tiny clogs. The newspapers said that Paul, the octopus that had predicted the outcomes of the 2010 World Cup, had died.
Today, VPS.net can reveal that Paul is not dead. In fact, he’s alive and swimming in VPS.net’s head office. And from today, he’ll be doing back to what he does best, predicting the outcomes of the 2014 World Cup via his YouTube channel.
The 2014 Paul might look a little different to the way he looked in 2010. VPS.net inventor Cody Erekson had to do a little work on him to bring him back from a briney grave. The new Robo Paul is stronger than the original. Not only will he be predicting the outcomes of the 2014 World Cup games, he’ll also be manning a website, where you can log-on to get predictions on-demand.
The newly-named Robo Paul has already made his first prediction ahead of tonight’s Brazil v Croatia game. You can the see video of his forecast on the VPS.net website and the YouTube channel.
Robo Paul’s predictions are based on a complicated algorithm, which you can put to the test on his prediction website.
