Vancouver, Canada has been hand-selected to be the next location for VPS.NET to provide the speed and power that you’ve come to expect from us. Our newest data center will provide over 20 unique networks to the largest metropolitan area in Canada, with direct access to the Vancouver internet exchange (VANIX).
Vancouver is a bustling seacoast city, and home to more than 2.4 million residents. Surrounded by beautiful mountains, the wilderness areas around the city host outdoor pursuits of all types including hiking, skiing and rock climbing. Downtown offers a thriving artistic community, such as music and theater.
Since Vancouver’s establishment in 1886 the city has grown immensely, and saw a technical and economic boom during the dot com technology years. Vancouver has recently been recognized as an up-and-coming technical hub for the eastern seaboard. Many startups and established tech companies are setting up shop in the bay, making Vancouver the ideal location for VPS.NET’s next project.
